Mark Bowes
"Holy Nature BE Mine!"

Mark has spent much of his life living in, studying, researching and exploring natural landscapes across Canada and into the U.S. including North of the Arctic Circle!
​
Originally from Southern Ontario, he moved to Banff after studying Geography at university. His passion for nature and the outdoors, starting at an early age led him to hike many of the trails in the Canadian Rockies.
He is a published author, writing about his love of the Great Lakes Shore Zone in Ontario and combines his passion for nature with his passion and skill in photography and geography in every aspect of his research and storytelling.

Sharon Bowes
Sharon Bowes is an accomplished photographer and business professional with a brilliant 30+ year career in corporate workplaces, she is renowned for helping unleash bright lights in individuals and co-create seemingly impossible results on purpose consistently.
After leaving the hustle and bustle of big cities, Sharon sought solace in the arms of Mother Nature. It was here, amidst the serene beauty of the Canadian Rocky Mountains, that she met and married a fellow photographer and geographer, Mark. Together, they embark on captivating photo journeys, co-creating new ways to lead joyful, purposeful lives for a diverse array of clients.
And Sharon leveraged her career knowledge to build partnerships, co-creating The EmpowerME Hub, Dragon Tails, ePopcorn Moments and other new solutions to decrease toxicity in work and home lives equally. Sharon’s passion is to increase clarity and alignment with values for brilliant global change makers and increase the success of positive social, cultural and life changes around the world.

Always better together, Mark and Sharon are fellow explorers with a common passion for photography and geography. They share journeys together joyfully and eagerly, loving to plan them out and successfully execute their plans.

They love to tell their stories through the use of photos, graphics or other visually stunning creations. And they love to learn from others including supporting the brilliance of others in expressing themselves in their own way and celebrating them in the publications found on this website.

They also love to share their own stories with others around the world regularly helping international tourists and co-workers visiting their Mountain home to see it in new ways increasing and deepening their understanding and appreciation for nature.

The brilliance of the many generations they encounter regularly astonishes them. The more light we can shine on these incredible stories, the more wisdom we can help create in the generations to come!
